In 2017, a pivotal management reorganization was undertaken to expand its business operations, resulting in its transformation into a general contracting entity. In 2020, a significant milestone was achieved by successfully implementing a home automation system within a middle-class apartment, marking the pioneering introduction of such technology in Mongolia. Currently, AD CONSTRUCTION LLC is diligently advancing its efforts to extend this innovative home automation system to its upcoming project encompassing 1200-family apartments.
